Typically these would be Single site operations with a manufacturing facility or

The customer business would have a couple of Manufacturing Units or service hubs
Central administrative office, distribution and sales office located at various
locations
Customization Services
Core program modification on SyteLine
There may be a need for some of the customers through customization on core SyteLine
programs, new report requirements on a specific format like Purchase Orders, Invoices
, Order Acknowledgement etc ,or an authorization process or functional enhancements
Customized Module developments on SyteLine
Some times there is a need to address business critical requirements for the customers
such as functions like Local tax system, local financial systems, Quality management
solutions or Business process that are specific to the client's environment, have
to build around SyteLine, these modules could be tightly or loosely coupled with
SyteLine.
Support Services
AMC of SyteLine
For Annual Maintenance service a maintenance team would be set in place at the offshore
facility to undertake remotely to undertake functional issues, certain changes to
core program or enhancements. This will be handled by tickets raised by the customer
and will be resolved in the specified response time. Our team will either directly
interact with end users or co ordinate with customers IT team.
Helpdesk Management
For Large deployments of SyteLine, we support our customers with 24/7 Helpdesk facilities.
This team would take up various issues from Operations to system bugs, to enhancements.
Onsite Support Service
This would be typically the post implementation support to address day to day issues
of end users, stabilizing the system, and to address any new requirements, customization.
The onsite consultant will be supported by a qualified team from offshore facility
for all technical requirements.
Migration Services
Migration of Prior version of SyteLine (Progress) to the latest SL version. Infor
releases new versions of their product SyteLine. To take advantage of the new features
and functionalities, customers would need to move ahead to the latest offering.
Typical migration will require data and custom written code to be moved to the new
version of SyteLine, there could be certain complexities like design change in the
base schema, enhanced functionalities, deployment of new technologies etc. Migration
projects need to be executed under the guidance of well qualified professionals.
