Management Dashboard
To help the middle and higher management for trend analysis, view finder to find
the performance. Define a strategy, set the targets, measure the performance and
take corrective actions on non-performances. This is one stop dashboard for senior
management to see the trend analysis of inventory, production, sales and marketing
etc. There are about 15 important Key process indicators included in standard package
which is integrated with SyteLine and can be customized based on customer requirements.
Data Upload Utilities
Bluechip has successfully developed and deployed these utilities to help the organization
to upload their master data’s on regular basis and their transactions like Customer
orders, purchase orders, bulk miscellaneous receipts and issues. Users can create
a spreadsheet template and map their spreadsheet fields to SyteLine table fields.
Every time the upload is been done the tool will do all front end and backend validation
like standard SyteLine and uploads the correct data into the SyteLine system.
BOM Configuration and Pricing
This system is developed to take care of configuring additional accessories for
windows and furniture manufacturing companies. The customer order is modified to
hold plenty of configuration families and then can be replaced with the exact selection
criteria by end consumers. The Job BOM will be automatically created from the current
BOM and will then replace all the selected accessories selected by end consumer
programmatically and will also do re pricing based on the selection.
EFT generation for CITI Bank
EFT auto generation has been developed to generate a flat file for the organizations
which use auto payments for their vendors. It generates a checklist flat file and
reference file for the payments which are marked as EFT transfer for the vendors.
Financial Reporting System
Financial reporting system is developed to help the organization in submitting their
yearly financial reports like, Balance sheet, P&L etc. Users can map their COA and
produce their financial reports and monthly trial balances for reconciliation.
RFQ System
Bluechip has successfully developed simple Request for Quote Module which will generate
RFQ’s for the vendors selected against PO requisition. We have developed a substitute
RFQ vendor master which can be used only for RFQ generation and once the vendor
is authorized can be exported to regular vendor master. On receiving the quotes
from the vendor the system will evaluate and generate PO’s against the RFQ’s either
by the weighted percentage formula (Price , lead time , quality) defined or depend
on the individual percentages criteria selected by the user.
Fixed Assets Enhancement System (FAES)
FAES module in SyteLine has been enhanced to capture all the transactions related
to fixed assets like Asset commissioning, Depreciation, Asset Transfers and auto
link of fixed assets from all purchases etc. according to the business requirements.
